4. Scheduling and Appointments

Customers may schedule services through our website, phone, or other approved communication methods. By scheduling a service appointment, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and property information
  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time
  • Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if an appointment needs to be rescheduled or cancelled

Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in a rescheduling fee.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Digital payments (Zelle, Venmo, or other approved platforms)
  • Invoices for approved recurring clients

Recurring service plans may be billed automatically based on the agreed service schedule. Late payments may be subject to additional fees or suspension of services.
