The Three Phases of Post-Construction Cleaning
Post-construction cleaning happens in phases that align to your project timeline. We can handle one phase or all three.
Rough Clean
The first pass after major construction work wraps up. We remove large debris, construction waste, excess materials, and visible dust buildup from floors, walls, and surfaces. This prepares the space for finishing trades.

Final Clean
The thorough clean done after all trades have finished. Every surface gets detailed attention: windows cleaned inside and out, fixtures polished, floors treated, and every corner cleared of the fine dust that settles last.

- Light fixtures, ceiling fans, and vents cleaned
- Cabinet interiors, shelves, and drawer boxes wiped down
- All countertops and surfaces detail-cleaned and polished
- Bathrooms fully sanitized and tile surfaces cleaned
- Paint splatter, sticker residue, and adhesive removed from surfaces
- Floors vacuumed, swept, and mopped per surface type
- Baseboards, door casings, and trim hand-wiped
Touch-Up Clean
A lighter pass done just before turnover, inspection, or opening day. We do a final walkthrough, catch anything left behind by punch-list trades, wipe fresh fingerprints, and make sure the space is ready to be shown or occupied.

If your inspector or client finds something we missed, we return and fix it at no charge. Every post-construction job is backed by our quality guarantee. Your project closeout should not be held up by cleaning.
